    Technical characteristics: Relies on the natural lactic acid bacteria in milk to ferment, decompose lactose to produce lactic acid, and lower the pH value; Fermentation changes the structure of milk fat globules, making the texture slightly softer than ordinary butter and better spreadability.

    Product characteristics: Milk fat content greater than 82%, more than 18 hours of natural fermentation, high-quality strains, and pure flavor. More than 20 years of professional oil production, internationally advanced production processes and equipment, rich milky aroma, and thick smoothness.
